Gillman Strategic Group, LLC, led by Jennifer Gillman, is a “law firm matchmaker” that helps successful partners with significant portable business find a better fit at a new law firm.
We work with individual partners and groups of partners who have their own clients and are at the wrong firm. If you aren’t happy where you are, or if you struggle to keep your clients happy, then you are at the wrong firm, and we can help.

Jennifer Gillman
Founding Partner
Jennifer Gillman is the President of Gillman Strategic Group. She founded the company so she could focus solely on the candidate side of law firm partner placement and give each partner her full attention. A recovering lawyer herself, Jennifer knows how busy law firm partners can be, and how overwhelming starting the process of finding a better fit might sound, so Gillman Strategic Group is committed to taking on as much of the legwork as possible, to make the process less time-consuming and more enjoyable for candidates.
Erin Alli
COO
Erin is the COO for Gillman Strategic Group. She handles the day-to-day operations of Gillman Strategic Group including the management of client and vendor relationships, strategic growth planning, networking, and marketing support.
Before joining Gillman Strategic Group, Erin was a virtual assistant and online business manager for 15 years. She has extensive experience in copywriting, marketing and business strategy. Erin earned her degree in Graphic Design. Outside of work, Erin enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping with her family and is an avid reader.
Laura Castellanos
Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator
Laura is the Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator for Gillman Strategic Group. She handles all the administrative tasks and is also responsible for coordinating for the firm’s recruitment team.
Before joining Gillman Strategic Group, Laura was a Human Resources and Administrative Manager for five years. She has extensive experience in business management and human resources strategies. Laura´s degree is in Psychology.
Laura loves to go to concerts and little towns and watch movies outside of work.
Todd Gillman
Managing Director for Legal Recruiting and Business Development
Todd Gillman is a Managing Director for Legal Recruiting and Business Development for Gillman Strategic Group. The younger brother of Jennifer Gillman, Todd received his law degree from The University of Miami School of Law in 1999 and his undergraduate degree from Emory University, cum laude, in 1996. Todd began his legal career as an associate in firms in New Jersey and New York, with a focus on litigation and commercial insurance coverage.
In 2004, Todd left the East Coast with his wife and moved to Los Angeles, California where he began working with his father-in-law in a family-run real estate business. Besides his primary role of running and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, Todd continued to utilize his law background by becoming the California registered in-house counsel for the business. It is Todd’s wide scope of experience in the legal and real estate/business world that will help him bring a fresh perspective towards legal recruiting. His goal is to help develop a West Coast presence for the Gillman Strategic Group.
Todd currently lives in Calabasas, CA with his wife and two children. A major music fan, he enjoys going to local music concerts and playing guitar with his “Dad band”. He also is an avid tennis player and enjoys exploring local restaurants with his wife and friends.
Konstantina DiMarco
Managing Director of Legal Recruiting
Konstantina (Tina) DiMarco is a Managing Director of Legal Recruiting for Gillman Strategic Group. She is a recovering international attorney, with legal studies and experience in both the U.S. and Europe. She holds an LLM degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, a JD degree from the University of Athens School of Law, Greece, and a joint Master’s degree in Law & Economics from the Universities of Rotterdam, Netherlands, and Ghent, Belgium.
Tina began her legal career overseas, where she focused her practice on antitrust and competition law, holding relevant positions with the European Commission and the Brussels, Belgium, office of a global “Magic Circle” law firm. Following her U.S. LLM course, she trained by the side of the Hon. Leo Gordon at the U.S. Court of International Trade and with two New York boutique law firms. She is a member of the New York Bar and the Athens Bar, Greece.
At Gillman Strategic Group, Tina works with attorney candidates of varying levels of experience, assisting them with a smooth lateral transition. In line with GSG’s candidate-centric philosophy, she concentrates on finding the right fit for each attorney’s unique set of skills, while ensuring an efficient and effortless process. The opportunity to routinely engage with interesting new people from diverse legal backgrounds is the aspect of recruiting she enjoys the most. Outside of work, Tina enjoys traveling and learning foreign languages.
